• Native cursor in picker: The picker's filter input now uses your terminal's own cursor, so it matches your terminal's cursor style. (#497)
• --no-cache flag: sesh list and the picker accept --no-cache to skip the cache and fetch fresh results. (#504)

🐛 Fixes

• Startup commands run in the right session: Startup commands now name their session explicitly instead of relying on tmux's current-session context. (#499, thanks @Ehsan-hash)
• Session names with dots: Sessions with a . in their name now connect correctly. tmux had been reading the dot as a window/pane separator. (#502, thanks @deferred)
• # in names and paths: Session names and start directories that contain # are now escaped, so tmux no longer treats them as format strings. (#505)
