Health and Inbox polish — shareable health row links, a healthy-percent badge in the view, filter trails under section titles like Config, a header badge that keeps refreshing while you stay on bookmarks, and reliability fixes from the health audit (deduped fetches, singleflight report builds, ping 4xx).

Health

• new Shareable row links with hv_id — open, select, and share one health row with a URL like /?hv_id=1:4#health; filter, sort, and search still sync to hv_filter, hv_sort, and hv_q; Share in the row menu copies a dashboard deep link instead of the raw bookmark URL (dashboard-health.js).
• new Healthy % in the panel head — the header badge shows how many bookmarks have no active issue (e.g. 25%), with a tooltip for the exact count (dashboard-health.js, locales).
• new Filter trail under the title — health › monitored sits below Health and above the subtitle, matching Config subpages; the large dashboard title stays the view name only (dashboard-health.js, dashboard-page-nav.js).
• new More filters and tiles — stale, unused, missing preview, shortcut conflicts, and healthy appear when they have rows; KPI tiles add stale and unused; Periodic these N beside bulk Monitor; pills and tiles scroll on one row (dashboard-health.js, health-view.css).
• improved R / ? reload the cached report — keyboard refresh fetches a fresh server report without retest-all; Home/End jump to first and last row (dashboard-health.js).
• improved Parallel report fetches dedupe — overlapping /api/bookmark-health calls share one in-flight request (dashboard-health.js).
• fix Escape while the view is still loading — closing Health during lazy load no longer leaves a stuck loading shell (dashboard-health-loader.js).

Inbox

• new Filter trail under the title — inbox › unread sits below Inbox, same placement as Health and Config (dashboard-inbox.js, dashboard-page-nav.js).
• improved Parallel inbox fetches dedupe — concurrent /api/inbox calls share one in-flight fetchItems promise (dashboard-inbox.js).
• new Right-click Share on inbox rows — inbox items expose copy/share entries like bookmark rows once the context menu module is loaded (dashboard-inbox.js, dashboard-context-menu.js).

Dashboard

• improved Header health badge polls outside the view — the heartbeat icon refreshes about once a minute on bookmarks and Inbox while Health keeps live refresh on the Monitored filter (dashboard-visual.js, dashboard-setup.js).
• fix Share works before the context menu module loads — health and inbox rows reach clipboard/share through a loader stub on the first click (dashboard-bookmark-interactions-loader.js).

Server

• fix Health report builds singleflight — concurrent /api/bookmark-health requests wait on one in-flight build instead of each recomputing the full report (handlers.go).
• fix HTTP 4xx counts as reachable — GitHub and similar hosts that answer probes with 404 are no longer marked down; only 5xx is unreachable (ping.go).
