Custom theme name fields hotfix — the two "Custom Theme" name inputs under Colors → Custom themes rendered with unstyled browser-default white input boxes instead of the dashboard's theme colors.

.custom-theme-list-itemand its reorder buttons/name input had no CSS at all, so the name field fell back to the browser default (white background, black text) regardless of the active theme. Added matching styles consistent with the existing.category-item/.finder-itemlist rows (config-lists.css,config.css).
