Inline edit readability + config C14/C15 completion — Dashboard inline editor gets an opaque panel and tour-like background blur; Collections-only edits light Extras ●; reduced-motion covers more config animations.

Dashboard

• fix Inline edit focus — .bookmark-inline-form background raised to ~96% opacity; input fields ~94%; full-page backdrop-filter overlay (same gradient/blur as feature tours) dims and blurs siblings while the editing row stays sharp (dashboard.css, layout-modern.css, layout-glass.css).

Config

• fix Collections unsaved dot (C14) — hasCollectionsChanges / hasNonCollectionSettingsChanges split dirty detection; Extras ● when only Collections changes; System dot only for non-collection settings; onSettingsAutosaved() syncs snapshot and syncUnsavedIndicators() after autosave (config-persistence.js, config-tab-groups.js, config-collections.js).
• fix Reduced motion (C15) — config-reduced-motion.css disables tag-cloud word animation, keyboard rebind pulse, health-link shimmer, reorder highlight, theme-preview dot, and settings-search promo when prefers-reduced-motion: reduce or body.no-animations.

Cache-bust

• fix Cache-bust — whats-new-v114 data version and 2026.07-dashboard-release-v91 dashboard release token; inline-edit-focus-blur-1 on dashboard/layout CSS; config-c14-c15-1 on config-reduced-motion.css import.

Developer & docs

• fix Playwright — config-tab-consistency.spec.js adds Extras group dot (C14) and reduced-motion beyond chrome (C15).
