Config polish (v5 continued) — Pages and Categories usage columns; Help tab fused surface; unsaved dot on tab group labels; reduced-motion on config chrome; Stats guided tour paused.
Config
- new Pages usage column — column headers (Page / Usage / Actions), popularity bar + bookmark count per page, tier styling from relative usage across all pages (
config-pages.js,config-lists.css). - new Categories usage column — same Tags-style usage bar and count as Pages (per-category counts on the selected page).
- new Help tab surface (B5) —
config-tab-intro+config-tab-surface help-tab-surface: shared filter toolbar (config-filter-field, clear button), Quick links index + help blocks as divided rows inside one card on Classic, Modern, and Glass. - new Tab group unsaved dot (C14) — when a tab in a group has pending changes, the group label shows a dot (e.g. System ● when General is dirty);

prefers-reduced-motion: reducedisables tab transition animations, scroll-hint pulse, unsaved-badge pulse, and save-status spinner on config chrome (config-tabs.css,config-unsaved-state.css,config-save-status.css). - fix Stats guided tour disabled —
