One fix for the Containers table, held back from the What's new window (hideFromModal) like v1.15.1, so v1.15.3 keeps leading it.

fix — a group band in the Containers table stopped short of the Ports column. Grouped by project or status, the band's cell spanned a fixed 7 (or 5) columns; the Size column made it 8, so the top-right corner over Ports was left empty. It now spans as many columns as the heading row has. A new test in docker-table-headers.spec.js fails on the old span.

docs — static/data/whats-new/v1.15.4.json and its index entry, held back from the modal. whats-new-stub.js moves NEXTDASH_WHATS_NEW_DATA_VERSION to whats-new-v308; DASHBOARD_RELEASE stays on v1.15.3. tests/whats-new-hidden-release.spec.js lists v1.15.4 with v1.15.1 as held back. go generate refreshed asset_hashes_gen.go.
