A Containers follow-up: a Size column, removing several containers at once (running ones stopped first, from the bar, ⌫ or a right-click on the ticked rows), ⌫ in place of a Delete key many keyboards lack, and port links that go to the right server — a note while no Docker host address is set, and an example and a live check on that setting. Announced in the What's new window.

Containers

• new — Config → Containers → Links says how to write the host address. The note gives the format (the server's LAN address or name, no http://, no port) with an example — 192.168.1.10 or tower.local, so port 8080 opens http://192.168.1.10:8080 — and the field's placeholder is that example instead of the current host. A line under the field checks it as it is typed: ✓ with the address port 8080 would open, the host that will be saved when a full http://…:8080 is pasted (it is cut to its host on save — the server keeps a bare host only and used to drop anything else without a word), or Not an address. New: config-docker-host-check.spec.js.
• new — a note while no Docker host address is set. Without one, a port or [IP] link uses the host the page was opened on; through a reverse proxy that is the proxy's domain, and dash.example.com:8080 goes nowhere. The page cannot tell which case it is in, so while the address is empty and the table has such a link, the view says where port links point, with Set host address (Config → Containers, the field focused) and Dismiss (remembered in this browser). New: docker-host-hint.spec.js.
• new — a Size column and the size in the side panel. Each row shows what the container wrote (its writable layer), with the size including its image on hover — the two figures docker ps -s gives — and the side panel names both under Details and the written size under Resources. The daemon takes seconds to work them out on a big host, so the list never asks: docker_sizes.go keeps the last measurement by container id and starts a new one in the background when it is over half an hour old, and the Disk tab's /system/df read refreshes it too. A container not measured yet reads —. The column goes with CPU and RAM below 900 pixels. New: docker-sizes.spec.js, TestDockerSizeOfMeasuresInTheBackground.
• new — remove ticked containers in one go, running ones included. The selection bar gains Remove: it asks once with the names, says which still run, stops those first (the daemon refuses to remove a running container) and ends with N removed. With containers ticked, ⌫ or Delete does the same, and a right-click on one of the ticked rows opens a menu with the bar's actions for all of them. A single running container's Remove (menu or ⌫) takes the same stop-first route. New specs in docker-bulk-select.spec.js.
• fix — ⌫ removes, and the legend says so. A Mac's delete key sends Backspace, which already removed the selected container, but the legend, the row menu and the cheat sheet named Del, a key many keyboards lack; they now show ⌫. Pressing it on a running container used to do nothing at all; it now offers to stop and remove it. Help, the tour and MANUAL §14.2 and §14.4 follow, in all six languages.

• docs — Config → Help → Containers follows. The Containers view says Remove stops running ones first and that a right-click on a ticked row and ⌫ do the same; Setting it up gains a Links paragraph: the host address format with an example, the live check and the note in the view. All six languages.

• docs — static/data/whats-new/v1.15.3.json and its index entry, and one Overview feature. whats-new-stub.js moves NEXTDASH_WHATS_NEW_DATA_VERSION to whats-new-v307 and DASHBOARD_RELEASE to v1.15.3. Config → Overview and About → News & features gain What each container takes on disk (since: v1.15.3, in all six languages); README's Containers line names the size. tests/whats-new-hidden-release.spec.js follows the new lead. go generate refreshed asset_hashes_gen.go.

• docs — the manual, Help and translations follow the Containers changes. MANUAL §14.2 (Size, ticking and removing, the host address note) and §14.4 (⌫ / Delete, removing the ticked ones); Config → Help → Containers (Size, removing several, ⌫); the cheat sheet row and the tour step name ⌫ instead of Delete. The new keys (dockerColSize, dockerFieldSize, dockerSizeTitle, dockerConfirmBulkRemove*, dockerBulkRemoved, dockerHostHint*) are in all six languages.
