A widget set to two columns used to show the same reading, wider. Now it shows more of it: the load average behind the processor's percentage, the container that is failing by name, the date a certificate expires, what the weather feels like. Narrow the dashboard, or open it on a phone, and each tile falls back to the half worth having. The Kept widget also gained an order — newest, at random, or by tag — and prints each link's address under its title.
Widgets
- new — two columns say more, not the same thing larger. Every widget now has a wide reading and a narrow one. Processor adds the 1, 5 and 15 minute load and the core count; Memory adds the file cache and swap; Disks adds used against total and how full the file table is; Containers shows all six figures and names what is failing or just restarted; Health shows four figures rather than two; Health trend opens into two files of rows; Inbox adds what arrived today and this week and how long the queue has really stood; Uptime adds how many are watched, how many are down and the seven-day average; Sources prints when each import last ran; Certificates adds the expiry date and how much is inside the window; Feeds adds how many are followed and how many stopped; Neglected splits its count into dropped and never opened; Calendar adds the date and how long an event runs; Weather adds what it feels like, the wind, the humidity and the chance of rain; Archive, Duplicates, Trash, Blind spots and Backups hold their later figures back until there is room.
- new — lists of rows run in two files on a wide tile — RSS, Inbox, Uptime, Sources, Certificates, Feeds, Neglected, Calendar, Kept and the Custom widget's items. RSS's "show less" row keeps the full width.
- new — the extra readings follow the width the tile actually got, not the number of columns it asked for: a two-column widget on a one-column dashboard, or on a phone, narrows itself and drops back to the important half at once, with nothing refetched.
- new — the weather forecast now carries the apparent temperature, wind speed, humidity and chance of rain, asked for in the same Open-Meteo request the forecast already made. Wind follows the temperature unit: mph beside Fahrenheit.
- fix — a row's name no longer shrinks to nothing when a second figure sits beside it, and a date beside a row no longer wraps the row onto three lines.
Kept
- new — the Kept widget has an order: most recent, random, or by tag. With a tag it shows only that tag; without one it groups every tag under its own heading, untagged last. Random carries a shuffle button that reorders without refetching.
- new — each row prints its address under the title, without the scheme and
www., cut in the middle so the host and the end of the path both survive.
Docs
- The manual's widget chapter and the in-app Help describe what a wide tile adds, and the Kept widget's order. Help counted twenty kinds and left out Kept; it counts twenty-one now.
