AerioTV 0.4.26
Fixed
- Smoother resolution switching on NVIDIA Shield. With Match Content Resolution on, the Shield's HDMI mode change was killing the audio track about a second after the picture switched, and the player had to tear the audio down and re-buffer, which looked like a hang. The audio path is now rebuilt right after the mode change, before that failure.
New
- Event channels in the guide. Channels with no guide data show the channel name as the programme. When the name carries a date and time (Xtream event feeds name their channels that way), the guide shows a lead-in cell with the start time, a three-hour event block, and the tail after it.
- Manage Groups from the pill row. When groups are shown as pills at the top of the guide, the round Manage Groups button sits before the first pill, the same as in the sidebar, so groups can be shown and hidden in that mode too.
Install
Sideload AerioTV-0.4.26.apk; it carries the in-app updater and earlier sideloaded builds will offer this update. The Play build is updater-free; if you switch from a sideloaded build to Play, uninstall first.
