New
- DVR recordings now play in the app. Open the DVR tab and tap a completed recording on your Dispatcharr DVR to watch it.
- Save to Device downloads a recording to your phone's Downloads folder (in an AerioTV subfolder) so you can watch it offline. Prefer somewhere else? Pick a custom folder in DVR Settings.
- Syncing indicator: a small pill appears while AerioTV refreshes your playlist, guide, or On Demand library in the background. Tap it on phones for details.
- Player aspect ratio: switch the picture between Fit, Fill, and Zoom from the player's More menu.
- Hide channel logos: a new toggle under Appearance hides logos in both the channel list and the guide for a cleaner, text-only layout.
Fixed
- The launcher icon and name are no longer cut off at the left and right edges.
- Returning to the app now refreshes a stale guide, so the now-airing column is current when you come back.
Performance
- Android TV and Google TV feel smoother. Card and row focus animate cleanly, closer to the tvOS app, and an earlier D-pad / guide navigation lag is fixed.
Install
Download AerioTV-v0.1.6.apk below and sideload it. On Android TV / Google TV, install it with a file manager. Requires Android 8.0 (API 26) or newer.
You bring your own playlist and EPG sources. Nothing is bundled.
