Added

• Open the card on a chosen tab — new default_tab option (in the editor as "Start
  tab"): in_transit, delivered, sent or post. A dashboard link with
  ?parcel_tab=post overrides it, so a notification can open the card straight on the
  Letters tab, also when the dashboard is already open. Unknown or hidden tabs are ignored.
• Zoom into letter scans — pinch or double-tap on a phone, scroll or double-click on a
  desktop, and drag to move around a zoomed scan. The companion app does not zoom the page
  itself, so small print on a scan was unreadable before.

Fixed

• Double plus signs — "Add name" and "Add parcel" showed both a plus icon and a "+"
  in their text, in every language. The text no longer starts with "+". The plus icon
  next to "Add name" was also drawn at 24 px inside a 16 px slot, so it sat too large
  and too low; it now matches the text.
