First stable release of HA Parcel Card v2, with exactly the code of 2.0.0b21 after a week
without reported problems. Compared with hki-parcels-card v1.x, v2 brings among others: all 85
carriers of the ha-parcel-integrations family, illustrated delivery scenes in every carrier's
colour, the Studio carrier banner, logos straight from the installed integrations, an open
dashboard that reloads itself after an update, a chosen start tab (also from a URL) and
