Terminal clear button UI refined:
- Reduced button/icon size for a cleaner floating control.
- Switched clear icon from trash to eraser.
Fixed terminal/editor layout overlap in split view by clamping terminal height to container bounds.
Fixed left file tree clipping and missing scroll behavior:
- Added reliable vertical/horizontal scrolling for deep/long tree structures.
- Corrected sidebar tab/content flex layout so tree panels do not cut off at the bottom.
