Ensure numbering is repainted after completion redraw; closes GitHub Issue #4.
Use an alternate fix for a false -Wmisleading-indentation warning in vi/vs_refresh.c.
New feature: If cwerase (abbrev cwe) is set, then any characters deleted by ^W and ^U are immediately erased from the screen.
Cleanup some source files (convert tabs to spaces).
New feature: Filename completion now uses glob(3), with two options:
- globbrace which enables csh-style brace expressions, and
- globdot which enables glob matching of dotfiles.
Bump for OpenBSD 8.0 release.
