Upgrade notes
- Document types become ordinary
type:<name>tags. The schema upgrade
migrates assignments, ACLs, saved-view filters, automation filters and
actions, and title/storage templates. Automations whose tag-and-type AND
predicate cannot be represented are suspended, and pending type-change
reviews are cancelled. - The ready-made filing trees are now version 2. Existing archives keep their
categories until an administrator applies the tree again in
Settings > Filing tree; the preview renames in place and leaves removed
categories with their documents. - Production builds generate and embed the web application; compiled frontend
bundles are no longer stored in the source tree.
Added
- Ask the classifier branches in Automations: up to five Yes/No or
multiple-choice questions share the existing classifier call and map
evidence-grounded answers to fixed tags, correspondents, categories or
custom-field values under the automatic/review-first policy. - Document versions: linear replacement history with exact historical URLs,
idempotent uploads and explicit metadata inheritance. - Typed custom fields end to end: select choices, protected in-use definitions,
type-aware Document Detail and automation controls, sidecar ingestion, and
Linked documents for exact named links with incoming links listed
separately. - Query qualifiers
version:,has-field:, typedfield:and read-only
asn:across Documents, Search, saved Views, Calendar and archive research. - Attributed, editable notes on Document Detail.
- Folder layouts under Archive configuration > Advanced, with validated
previews and transactional rerenders. - Account subscription mode for Classification, starting with OpenAI ChatGPT
(Codex) via device login, encrypted credentials and an account-backed model
list. Document egress still requires explicit consent. Experimental.
Changed
- The ready-made filing trees give each common document one obvious home. Solo
and Household add Bank & card statements, Education and
Employment, rename Loans & credit to Loans, Taxes to
Income tax and 14 to Memberships & associations, fold Warranties
into Purchases & warranties, and widen Housing to ownership, leases,
rent, mortgage agreements, property tax and association charges. Freelance
and Small business add Bank & card statements, rename collections to
Client payments / Customer payments, fold Freelance project costs
into Expenses, rename the vendor lane to Suppliers, and name the
compliance and portfolio lanes explicitly. Every category has a one-line
description, and keywords and starter rules each point to one category. - The document model sees each category's area, name and description and picks
the most specific fit. - Automations and Views share a compact rule list and a sentence-style builder
with starter patterns, live counts and keyboard reordering. - Documents gains a Shared by me toggle in place of the combined type/share
selector; approvals and Classification settings are more compact. suchi demoapplies the Household tree before seeding, with demo corpus
v0.2.0.- Refresh Go, browser and release-tool dependencies, including HuML 0.3.1.
Fixed
suchi import --auto-jdno longer files into a retired starter tree's codes
(tax under Investments, insurance under Taxes). It targets the Solo and
Household trees and refuses any other tree before writing; imports never
create a filing tree.- Account subscriptions: finalized text is read from stream events, active
destinations appear in egress reports, and model choices and local matching
options survive disconnects and refreshes. - Stable-v1 refile repairs rendered links left by pre-v0.1.0 releases.
- Dead-job details and recovery controls stay out of member Approvals.
- Document Detail and settings layout fixes: aligned actions, hidden zero
badges, a stable preview column and distinct icons.
Security
- Build with Go 1.27.2 to include the standard-library fixes for HTTP/2 encoder
races and HTTP/1 connection desynchronization.
