Many users told me they do not want to install Templater, QuickAdd or Commander but would still want the functionality from those plugins. Notebook Navigator 3.4 adds important parts of those plugins to its core: a customizable built-in template engine (Templater), new create note commands (QuickAdd) and the option to place commands to the ribbon or tab bar buttons (Commander). Set folder template...so every new note in that folder or its subfolders starts from the template, with the closest folder winning. Lots of flexiblitity, such as apply to all subfolders or current folder only, and option to show or hide an icon in navigation pane for folders with templates assigned. - New setting in
List pane: Color list pane title applies the color of the selected folder, tag or property to the list pane title.
Changed

Fixed
- When the calendar in the right sidebar was slightly taller than its pane on Windows or Linux, hovering days or the month header made the calendar shake as the scrollbar appeared and disappeared. The calendar sidebar now never scrolls and keeps a stable size #1492.
- When moving selected files, files that remain in the current list, such as notes moved between folders while a tag is selected, now stay selected, and only files that leave the list are deselected #1488.
