• You can now turn off the What's new dialog on startup with the new setting Show release notes after updating.

Fixed

• When the navigator starts in a sidebar too narrow for dual panes, it now properly respects Single-pane startup view instead of always showing the list pane (issue was introduced in 3.1.4 with the automatic switch between single and dual panes).
