Config Flow Rework/Update

Thanks to @sli-cka for all their work updating the config flow. Few new things:

• Choose which projects (or all projects) that you want to sync to HomeAssistant.
• Reconfigure connection details and change integration options are now separated for a better UX.
• Better syncing behaviour when stuff is removed directly from Vikunja
