New telemetry fields, UI improvements, and quality of life features.

✅ What's New

Driver and Team Name:
Driver name and team name are now published via MQTT and displayed in the Dashboard. No donation key required
Driving State:
New telemetry field indicating the current player state: Driving, Spectating, Garage, or Menu.
Speed unit selector:
Settings now include a display unit selector for speed (m/s, km/h, mph). The Dashboard reflects the chosen unit. MQTT always publishes in m/s for full compatibility with the Home Assistant integration.
Start minimized to tray:
New option in Settings to launch iR2mqtt directly to the system tray without showing the window. When combined with Start with Windows, the shortcut is created with the appropriate argument automatically.
Crash error dialog:
Unhandled errors now show a dialog with the full traceback and a direct link to open an issue on GitHub instead of silently closing.

Tooltips:
All telemetry fields and settings controls now have descriptive tooltips.
Dashboard UI:
Spacing, colors and layout refined for a cleaner and more consistent look.
