Start-up function completely reworked. Now it creates a Windows shortcut instead of adding entries to the registry.

Flags are now published according to priority (e.g. Red overrides Debris, Blue, White, etc.), ensuring accurate race status in Home Assistant.

Optimized message handling and compatibility with the new integration.
