2.3.0.beta1 - add theme and simple card ( Gunmalmg style !)

⚠️ this is a pre-release to demonstrate some new features:

1. remove some options and add a Theme menu (in the system menu),
2. add the @gunmalmg theme to get something near what @gunmalmg have done.

Let discuss into the #27 issue if needed.

Documentation will be done after. Some options have been removed and are replaced with the theme.
