Added 60-day time range to match retention policy
The UI only offered time ranges up to 30 days, but log retention is 60 days — meaning the last 30 days of stored data were inaccessible from the UI. Added a 60d option to both the log stream and dashboard time range selectors.
Added error handling to FilterBar data fetching
The service and interface filter dropdowns now gracefully handle API fetch failures instead of leaving state undefined.
