- 修复 Windows Codex 切号被系统权限阻断的问题：恢复稳定的官方客户端关闭与启动方式，不再直接调用 WindowsApps 内部的
codex.exe app-server daemon stop，避免“拒绝访问（os error 5）”或 PowerShell 不可用导致切号失败。
