修复
- 修复最新版 Codex 切号失效问题，并跟随官方最新认证逻辑：覆盖当前凭证前会先保存当前账号最新的官方认证状态；默认文件模式读取
$CODEX_HOME/auth.json，明确配置为keyring/auto时读取对应的Codex Auth条目。切号操作改为串行执行，重写 OAuth 认证文件时保留无关的官方或自定义字段并清除旧账号凭证，减少切回账号后需要重新登录的问题。

- Codex OAuth 登录与 Token 刷新改用官方凭证请求身份：Token 交换与刷新请求会发送与官方客户端一致且相互配套的
originator和User-Agent。 - Codex 切号后启动设置移到 Codex App 启动路径旁：说明文案同步明确，开启后会在切换账号后启动或重启 Codex App。

- Fixed account switching with the latest Codex release and aligned it with the current official authentication flow: before replacing the active credentials, Cockpit saves the current account's latest official auth state; the default file store reads
$CODEX_HOME/auth.json, while explicitly configuredkeyring/autostores use the matchingCodex Authentry. Account switches are serialized, and rewritten OAuth auth files preserve unrelated official or custom fields while removing stale account credentials, reducing cases where switching back requires another login.

originatorandUser-Agentpair used by the official client. - The Codex launch-after-switch setting now sits with the Codex App launch path: its description also makes clear that enabling it starts or restarts Codex App after an account switch.
