内置功能使用手册页面：新增独立 manual 页面，按场景组织快速开始、仪表盘、平台账号、多开实例、设备指纹、唤醒/验证、设置、导入导出与排障等章节，并支持关键词搜索与章节展开/收起。
关键页面增加一键查阅手册入口：在仪表盘/页头及各平台账号空状态（Antigravity、Codex、GitHub Copilot、Windsurf、Kiro）新增手册跳转入口，降低首次上手成本。

手册页面支持“就地跳转操作”快捷动作：各章节可直接跳转到对应功能页（仪表盘、Antigravity、Codex、GitHub Copilot、Windsurf、Kiro、多开实例、设备指纹、唤醒任务、验证、设置），并可在手册内直接打开平台布局。
手册多语言覆盖扩展到全部语言包：在所有已支持语言中补齐 manual.* 与 nav.manual 键，确保手册与导航文案在多语言环境下保持一致。

修复 macOS 下启动第三方应用时权限弹窗归因到 Cockpit 的问题：从 Cockpit 启动 Antigravity/Codex/GitHub Copilot/Windsurf/Kiro 时，受保护目录权限弹窗被归因为 Cockpit 的情况显著减少。

Built-in User Manual page: Added a new manual page with scenario-based sections (quick start, dashboard, provider accounts, multi-instance, fingerprints, wakeup/verification, settings, and import/export + troubleshooting), keyword search, and expand/collapse controls.
One-click manual entry points across key pages: Added manual shortcuts to dashboard/header areas and account empty states (Antigravity, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Kiro) to reduce first-run friction.

Manual page now supports direct action shortcuts: Each section can jump directly to related pages (Dashboard, Antigravity, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Kiro, Multi-Instance, Fingerprints, Wakeup Tasks, Verification, Settings), and can open Platform Layout from the guide.
Manual localization coverage expanded across locale packs: Added manual.* keys and nav.manual labels across all supported locale files to keep guide/navigation copy consistent in multi-language environments.

Fixed permission-prompt attribution to Cockpit when launching third-party apps on macOS: When launching Antigravity/Codex/GitHub Copilot/Windsurf/Kiro from Cockpit, protected-directory permission prompts are now significantly less likely to be attributed to Cockpit.
