- Codex 本地 API 服务现支持带可操作诊断的真实 CLI 健康检测：API 服务弹框可通过本地网关发起一次真实 Codex CLI 请求，并在结果中展示检测模型、耗时、返回内容，以及失败时的具体定位阶段。
- Codex 本地 API 服务现可配置访问范围：新建 API 服务集合默认仅允许本机访问，用户可在服务弹框中明确切换为“仅本机”或“局域网”监听。

- Codex 本地 API 服务状态现按真实可访问范围展示：账号卡片与 API 服务弹框会显示当前选择的访问范围，不再固定展示“本机/局域网”。
- Codex 外部导入现会保留 Cockpit API 账号的接口地址设置：支持的导入链接可携带 API Base URL，导入后的 Codex API Key 账号会自动带上对应供应商配置。
- Antigravity 悬浮卡片现展示更多额度信息：Antigravity 账号弹窗最多可显示 3 条额度信息，不再只显示 2 条。
修复
- Codex 本地 API 服务现会在应用更新前释放原端口：更新重启会先停止进程内网关，再等待原端口可重新绑定；如果无法停止服务，会在更新弹框内提示错误。
- Codex 切号后本地会话可见性更稳定：在普通 Codex 账号与 API 服务模式之间切换时，如果底层 provider 变化，会自动修复受影响的本地历史会话可见性。
- Kiro 账号导入不再把仅共享 AWS profile ARN 的不同账号合并：账号匹配现会忽略作为用户 ID 的 ARN 值，并按真实用户身份、邮箱或 refresh token 去重。

Added
- Codex Local API Service now has a real CLI health check with actionable diagnostics: the API Service dialog can send a real Codex CLI request through the local gateway, then show the tested model, latency, returned output, and the exact failure stage when something breaks.
- Codex Local API Service access scope is now configurable: new API Service collections start as local-only, and users can explicitly switch the listener between Local Only and LAN access from the service dialog.

- Codex Local API Service status now describes what users can actually access: the account card and API Service dialog show the selected access scope instead of a fixed Local/LAN label.
- Codex external imports now preserve API endpoint settings for Cockpit API accounts: supported import links can carry an API Base URL so imported Codex API-key accounts are ready to use with the expected provider settings.
- Antigravity floating cards now show more quota context: Antigravity account popovers can display up to three quota items instead of two.
Fixed
- Codex Local API Service now releases its port before applying app updates: update restarts stop the in-process gateway before installing or relaunching, wait for the original port to become bindable, and show an in-dialog error if the service cannot be stopped.
- Codex account switching now keeps local sessions visible after provider changes: switching between normal Codex accounts and API Service mode repairs affected local history visibility when the underlying provider changes.
- Kiro account imports no longer merge distinct accounts that only share an AWS profile ARN: account matching now ignores ARN values as user IDs and deduplicates by real user identity, email, or refresh token.
