- Codex API Key provider 状态现与非 OAuth 本地网关行为一致：API Key provider 写入时不再声明 OpenAI 授权或 websocket 要求；切回内置 OpenAI 时会移除受管 API Key provider 配置，同时保留无关的手动 provider。
- Codex 会话可见性修复现可恢复更多隐藏本地会话：SQLite 修复会把已有首条用户消息的 thread 标记为用户可见，补齐缺失的
thread_source，并继续兼容只有 provider 字段的旧数据库结构。

- Codex Local API Service now exposes a LAN URL when available: the account overview and API Service dialog can switch between the local URL and detected private LAN address, and copy the selected address for use from other devices on the same network.

- Codex Local API Service upstream requests now follow the app's global proxy settings: the gateway rebuilds its upstream HTTP client when proxy settings change, honors
no_proxy, and supports SOCKS proxy URLs.

- Codex API Key provider state now matches non-OAuth local gateway behavior: API Key providers are written without OpenAI-auth or websocket requirements, and switching back to built-in OpenAI removes managed API-key provider blocks while preserving unrelated manual providers.
- Codex session visibility repair now restores more hidden local threads: SQLite repair now marks threads with a first user message as user-visible, fills missing
thread_source, and keeps provider-only database schemas working.
