Codex CLI 通过本地 API 服务访问时现可稳定使用 Cockpit 管理的 OAuth 账号：/v1/responses 请求会先按 Codex 客户端兼容形状规范化，再转发到现有上游管线。
Codex 启动时不再因模型刷新结构不匹配报错：当 Codex 客户端请求本地 /v1/models 时，会返回其期望的模型列表格式。
本地 Codex API 服务请求现可绕过 localhost 代理干扰：NO_PROXY/no_proxy 会自动合并回环地址，系统代理开启时本地网关仍保持直连。

Codex CLI now works reliably through the local API service with Cockpit-managed OAuth accounts: /v1/responses requests are normalized for Codex client compatibility before forwarding to the existing upstream pipeline.
Codex startup no longer hits a model refresh shape mismatch: the local /v1/models endpoint now serves the Codex client response format when requested by Codex clients.
Local Codex API service traffic now bypasses localhost proxy interference: loopback addresses are merged into NO_PROXY/no_proxy so local gateway requests stay direct even when a system proxy is configured.
