- Windows 下悬浮卡片操作按钮不再被窗口拖拽命中逻辑吞掉点击：点击悬浮卡片的关闭、置顶与账号翻页控件时，现在会稳定触发对应操作，不再因为命中 SVG 图标节点而被误判为开始拖动窗口。

- Windows floating-card action buttons no longer get swallowed by window dragging hit-tests: clicking the floating card's close, pin, and account-navigation controls now consistently triggers the intended action instead of being misclassified as a drag start when the pointer lands on SVG icon nodes.
