• Codex API Key 账号在配置自定义 Base URL 时，现已向 ~/.codex/config.toml 写入官方要求的 openai_base_url 键：切换账号与本地注入流程不再落盘错误的 base_url 键，Codex 可以正确读取已配置的上游 API 地址。

• Codex API Key accounts now write the official openai_base_url key into ~/.codex/config.toml when a custom base URL is configured: account switching and local injection no longer persist the incorrect base_url key, so Codex can read the configured upstream API endpoint correctly.
