- Windsurf 账号用量展示现已按官方计费模式对齐：按 quota 计费的账号现在展示每日/每周额度用量、重置时间与额外用量余额；按 credits 计费的账号则展示合并后的剩余积分以及 prompt/add-on 明细。
- 手册帮助入口已在仪表盘与概览页头统一复用：仪表盘和平台概览页头现在共用同一套帮助图标按钮，尺寸、悬停反馈与跳转行为保持一致。

- Windsurf account usage now follows the official billing mode presentation: quota-billed accounts now show daily/weekly quota usage, reset times, and extra usage balance, while credits-billed accounts show combined credits left with prompt/add-on breakdown.
- Manual help entry is now unified across dashboard and overview headers: dashboard and platform overview headers now reuse one shared help icon button with consistent sizing, hover feedback, and navigation behavior.
