- Codex 账号卡片/表格已按 API Key 账号行为自适配：API Key 账号支持行内重命名、展示掩码后的密钥信息、隐藏不支持的配额刷新操作，并提供直达 OpenAI Usage 页面的入口。

- Codex account cards/tables now adapt to API Key account behavior: API Key accounts support inline rename, show masked key metadata, hide unsupported quota-refresh actions, and provide a direct link to OpenAI Usage.
- Codex backend refresh/injection paths now skip OAuth-only operations for API Key accounts: profile/quota refresh and refresh-all scheduling bypass API Key accounts while keeping account switching and auth-file write behavior aligned with local storage rules.
- Codex instance account picker now uses the same presentation display name logic as the account list: renamed API Key accounts are shown consistently in instance selection.
