Changed

• Replaced unreliable public paste services with a Cloudflare R2 based log upload backend.
• Diagnostic logs are now compressed and uploaded as ZIP files.
• Added structured upload result with report ID, object key, and size.

Privacy / retention

• Uploaded diagnostic logs are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket.
• Logs are intended for temporary diagnostics and are automatically removed by lifecycle cleanup.
