- Option to disable the Startup Scan for a much faster to load speed, CPU speed also increased.

Improvements
- Added support for PSP cso files.
- Improved identification of PSP and PSX, thanks to yo-hansolo for the inspiration.
- PSP games in the GAME folder are now recognised as PSP titles.
- Able to move games from PS1 to PSP category (for PSP homebrew)
- Improved handling for toggling homebrew on / off. The 'All' category now updates without needing to restart.
- ROM folders and Cover folders have been renamed to a more standard convention. This is to help people identify where to place games and artwork. (Note: Your old ROM and Cover folders will be renamed for you)
Bug fixes
- Startup category fixed for the later systems. (Note: There is a new config file, you will need to set your preferences again).
- Temporary files from Windows and Mac (DS_Store, Thumbs.db, ._filename) removed from scanning, which caused an error.
