Persistent Menu Player

A persistent media player now appears in the menu so you always have access to some media controls, even when the card is idle. For the purists out there that want to reclaim this space, I also offer a hide_menu_player configuration under look and feel that will hide this new player.

• Note: This will always be hidden in always_collapsed mode due to space restrictions

Next Up

A new "Next Up" filter has been added next to the favorites and recently played filters in the search menu that will show you what the next track is in your queue.

Changes

Some configuration toggles have been moved from "Behavior" to "Look and Feel" since they were really related to how the card looks.
