This release significantly improves hardware compatibility of the single Pico variant, especially with hubs.
Also lets you wire a second USB port on the single Pico variant, without having to use a hub.
Wire the second port's D+/D- to GPIO 2 and GPIO 3. VBUS and GND same as the first port.
Also updates Pico SDK, TinyUSB and Pico-PIO-USB to latest versions.
