Linux x64 release binaries were built without the MediaInfo library after GitHub's ubuntu-latest runner moved to Ubuntu 26.04, which no longer ships it. CI now installs libmediainfo before building and fails the build if it is missing from the bundle.

--ims-legacy-presentation is now ignored with a warning, instead of failing, when using the split DEE encoders, so commands written for the single dee executable keep working. Other options the split encoders cannot honor (7.1/Blu-ray, --custom-dialnorm, non-IMS --encoding-profile) still error rather than silently produce different output.
--max-parallel now shows one set of progress bars that update in place, instead of every worker printing a new line per update. Falls back to plain log lines with --no-progress-bars, in debug mode, or when output is not a terminal.
