Changes

• Portable mode: put an empty portable.txt next to AkiLauncher.exe and the launcher keeps its
  settings.ini in its own folder instead of %LOCALAPPDATA%\AkiLauncher, the same way the game ports do.
  Without the file nothing changes.

All six games have new v0.2.0 releases (frame interpolation up to 120 fps, ray tracing with per-venue
lighting, CRT filter, HDR, Mods menu). The launcher shows "Update available" on each installed game.

Notes

• Portable mode covers the launcher's own settings. Each game still needs its own portable.txt next to its
  exe if you want that game's saves and settings kept in its folder.
• Windows SmartScreen: the exe is unsigned, so Windows may warn on first run. Click "More info" → "Run anyway".
