Fixes auto-update, which has been broken since v0.3.0.
The update manifest pointed at a filename that didn't
exist, so no installed copy has been able to update
itself since May. Installers are now named consistently
and the build enforces it.
Also adds anonymous usage statistics, opt-in and off by
default. Existing users are asked once; nothing is sent
unless you say yes.
