- Arrange mode can move a row, not just a panel.
Shift+↑/↓(orJ/K)
moves the whole row the focused panel sits in. Before this, a new row was only
ever created by pushing a panel off the top or bottom edge, so a panel alone in
a middle row could not travel at all —Downmerged it into its neighbour
and the row count fell. Going from[clocks] [watchlog] [notes] [cpu]to
[clocks] [notes] [watchlog] [cpu]was not expressible with any sequence of
keys. Moving a panel between rows still merges, exactly as before.

The artifacts in this release have attestations generated with GitHub Artifact Attestations. These can be verified by using the GitHub CLI:
