• Clean up codes in libs/ui
• Changed libs/ui/calc.js name to libs/ui/size.js

Changes below are for long aria2 jsonrpc refresh time

• Update remove task button logic
  • Bit torrent task with 100% progress with be set to complete status
  • In other situation, set to removed status
  • If aria2Request has failed, the task element will be removed
• Update purge button logic [Still buggy, fixed in 3.0.7]
  • Purge now works for all tasks those status are complete, removed, or error
