This release improves the progress bar behavior when full file reads are performed and has some under-the-hood performance tuning. The experimental tree rebalance code is faster, but still not as fast as working with the unbalanced tree, so it remains off by default. I've decided to start including debugging stats by default in the Github releases since they don't slow things down much (for comparing over 200,000 files it adds about 0.020 seconds to the algorithm work.)
