What's New in 5.4
Features:
- Cline CLI and Desktop sessions now appear in Agent Sessions. The app discovers their shared local history, labels the originating surface, searches prompts, responses, thinking, and tool activity, and offers Cline-specific Settings controls. Custom roots are validated before they replace a working location, and partial companion files do not erase an open transcript. Resume, live status, image extraction, hierarchy, and usage tracking are not yet supported.
Bug Fixes:
- Session retrieval now stays exact and current. Project filtering distinguishes same-named clones while grouping real Git worktrees with their checkout, active searches refresh when sessions are added or removed without flashing blank, displayed titles are searchable even when the full-text index is stale, Codex fallback titles omit injected context wrappers, and Antigravity cache hydration reconciles confirmed changes and deletions without dropping data when a source root is temporarily unavailable.
- OpenCode sessions are recognizable before you open them. Timestamp-only default names now fall back to the session's first user prompt in both current SQLite and legacy JSON storage, while real names and subagent labels keep their existing precedence.
- Droid session names survive transcript loading and search prewarming. Full parsing now retains the explicit title already shown by the lightweight list instead of replacing it with the first prompt.
- OpenClaw source-aware titles stay stable after full parsing. Telegram origin-plus-prompt labels and tool-name fallbacks no longer regress to raw message envelopes or generic text after search prewarming.
- Claude prompt titles stay clean after transcript loading. Full parsing and search prewarming now preserve the same title as the session list instead of exposing local-command Caveat wrappers.
