What's New in 5.1
Highlights:
- Devin CLI and fx join the lineup. Two more coding agents put their local history in the same searchable list as the rest, each with a Settings pane and a resume command. Both were contributed and are stewarded by @thedavidweng — the first outside test of the adapter recipe 5.0 documented.
Features:
- Devin CLI sessions. Browsing, search, filtering, Analytics and transcripts over Devin's shared SQLite store, with binary and storage-root controls in Settings. Devin keeps every retry as a branch, so a session shows the live conversation rather than every path it took to get there. Copy Resume Command produces
devin --resume <id>, verified end-to-end on CLI 3000.5.20 (verification report). Devin keeps only active sessions, and image extraction is not yet supported. - fx (vercel-labs) sessions. Per-session checkpoints under
~/.fx/sessions, with every kind of turn rendered — including background commands, auto-compaction summaries and interrupted turns — and text fx stored as raw bytes decoded back to readable output. Copy Resume Command producesfx --resume <id>, verified on fx 0.0.5 down to the terminal gate (verification report). Image extraction is not yet supported.
Bug Fixes:
- Weekly Session Runway reflects recent quota movement. Its
%/hused to average everything burned since the weekly reset, so one heavy day set the pace for days; it now measures the burn between recent same-reset quota readings, and showstk/huntil it has one. API-equivalent prices were refreshed for the GPT-5.6 tiers and Claude Sonnet 5.
