Added Web Clipboard.
Once enabled, it allows clipboard content to be synced between desktop browsers on the same local network and a patched Gboard instance, with support for:
- Sending text from the browser to the phone
- Syncing the phone clipboard to the browser
- 4-digit pairing code verification
- Quick Settings toggle
- Built-in Web UI bundled directly with the patch
