Bug Fixes

• pypowerwall nofile ulimits — the pypowerwall container in powerwall.yml now has explicit nofile soft/hard ulimits set to 65536, matching the existing influxdb and grafana services. This prevents [Errno 24] Too many open files errors in the pypowerwall logs under heavy load. (PR #846 by @johncuthbertuk)
