pyPowerwall Update

• Update pypowerwall Docker image to 0.15.11t93 (proxy t93).
  • Adds HTTP/2 support for Tesla Owner API authentication endpoints (auth.tesla.com and owner-api.teslamotors.com), resolving the 401/403 errors that affected Cloud mode (Option 2) users since Tesla's June 2026 protocol change.

Documentation

• Removed the temporary Tesla Owner API Auth Change notices from README.md — the fix is now included in the default Docker image.

To upgrade: Run ./upgrade.sh in your Powerwall-Dashboard directory.
