- Diagnostics: Sentry error/crash reporting and sampled operation timings across mounting, recovery, discovery, WOL, configuration and system integration. Collection is on by default and can be disabled in Settings → Diagnostics → Share diagnostic data.
- Clear privacy controls: a question-mark help button supports both hover and click, with localized English/Chinese explanations. Opening help does not change the collection setting.
- Mount reliability: asynchronous SMB mounting, bounded timeouts/cancellation, safer retry handling, and clearer progress/failure states.
- Credential safety: configuration/password updates preserve existing credentials when a save fails; Keychain read errors are shown instead of silently treating them as empty passwords.
- NFS hardening: reject traversal paths and option-like hostnames before system access; escape privileged command inputs.
- Packaging: include localized resources, strip local build-path debug maps from the distributed binary, and keep website/Homebrew versions synchronized.

Privacy and validation limits
Reports are sanitized before sending to Sentry (US); passwords, server addresses, share paths and raw application logs are not forwarded. Sentry processes the connection's source IP for transport. Disabling collection stops new collection; already queued reports can finish during SDK shutdown and sent reports cannot be recalled. See SENTRY.md in the repository for details.
Automated suite: 97 tests, 2 opt-in UI tests skipped, 0 failures; both UI tests passed separately. The universal app/DMG was inspected for resources, dependencies, signatures and private build paths.
Distribution remains ad-hoc signed and unnotarized; this release is not Developer ID notarized. Matching native dSYMs are retained privately, but Sentry symbol upload and end-to-end fatal-crash acceptance remain pending.
