• cost can now be placed in elementOrder. Listed there, the cost segment leaves the first line and becomes its own element, so a display.mergeGroups group can show it beside context and usage. Left out (the default), it stays on the first line as before (#827, #828).

Fixed

• Tasks deleted with TaskUpdate no longer count toward todo progress (#826).
