Kill history

This release adds an important feature the the demo parser. Every kill will now be persisted in the database with some metadata about the kill itself.

Features

• Persist kill history and information
• Scan demo dir for new demo files and create those as manually uploaded
• Make parser worker count configurable (config property parser.workerCount)

Fixes

• Downloaded demo file names will now be logged correctly
